Customer could send us the images and documents via WhatsApp or Website for valuation. After receiving a quotation, we will arrange an appointment at our office for reviewing items and provide the best and final offer.
Q2:How long does it take for quotation?
Online valuation will be shortly reply on business hours. For customer who booked an appoinment, our specialists will review the items instantly. Items do not need to be kept for quotation.
Q3: Do I need to make an appointment if I want to sell in person?
Yes, customer can make an appointment directly via WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook and Instagram.
Q4:Is there any service charges for valuation?
Valuation is free of charges.
Q5:How is the purchase price determined?
It mainly depends on the condition, style and current market price.
Q6:Do you buy items without boxes, receipts or certificates?
We accept items even if customers don't have any package and receipts.
Q7:How to receive payment?
Customer will receive payment by bank transfer or cash instantly.
Q8:Is there an age limit for selling items?
Customer must be over 18 years old.
Q9:What kinds of documents do I need to prepare for the trade?
Please bring along with your proof of identity. Personal information needs to be recorded briefly and all information collected will be kept strictly confidential.
